Why I created this program

I created this because I know what it feels like to carry a lot and slowly drift away from yourself.

As dads, we show up for everybody. We work. We provide. We handle stress. We try to lead our family well. But somewhere in the middle of that, a lot of us lose our edge physically and mentally.

We start feeling tired more often. We stop moving like we used to. We lose confidence. We tell ourselves we will lock back in soon, but soon keeps getting pushed back.

This program came from that place. Not from perfection. From experience. From knowing what it feels like to want your energy back, your discipline back, and to feel proud of the man in the mirror again.
